The location was amazing. The staff was about wonderful. The front lady Lori was the BEST!

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was! I hadn’t ever stayed at a best western and was a little worried but it was beautiful, clean and comfortable!

Breakfast was adequate, the normal self-serve type. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
The staff seemed a bit terse. My wife was on the phone with a friend in the exercise room during "quiet time," and a guy came in rather crossly and ordered her to be quiet. Especially as my wife was just talking on the phone.

Mold in the shower.
TV use was hampered by inability to access YouTube "as a guest".
