Welcome to Beach Vibes condo located at Ariel Dunes 1 Seascape Resort.
This place has expansive pools, including a zero-depth entry pool. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated November – March 1st. An onsite fitness center is also available. Cabana Cafe restaurant is open every day from 11am - 2am Monday - Saturday and 11am - 2am on Sunday located on the lower level of Ariel Dunes I.
Seascape Resort is a wonderful, all-encompassing Resort spanning 360 acres of beautiful terrain, including 2000 feet of Emerald blue beach front, in Miramar Beach. Seascape provides an abundance of amenities and recreational activities sure to please every member of the family. On the Resort’s beach, there is a local’s favorite, Whale’s Tail, a beach front bar and grill, watersports, and other beach activities. Off the beach, Seascape has a championship golf course, six clay tennis courts, pickle ball court, 2 paddle ball courts, great restaurants and music venues, nature walks and plenty of biking trails. Once here, you never have to leave the Resort!

Our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation condo sleeps 10 is just a spot for you and your family. You will find yourself spending lots of time out on the magnificent balcony when you’re not enjoying the multiple amenities offered on site. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets in the evening. Beach Vibe condo is a short stroll away from the white sandy beach.

• Electronic keypad lock so you don't have to worry about carrying keys
• Large, covered balcony equipped with outdoor seating
• Living room with 65" flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa!
• Dining area seats 6, with a kitchen bar seats 4.
• Fully equipped kitchen including blender, coffeemaker, toaster, air fryer and more!
• Master bedroom features a king bed access to covered balcony that is overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with a 43" flat screen TV
• Master bath has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub
• Second bedroom features a king bed with covered balcony that overlooks the golf course and the bay area, equipped with a 40" flat screen TV
• The second bath has a combination shower tub
• Third bedroom has full on full bunk bed and twin trundle with access, equipped with a 40" flat screen TV
• 3rd bathroom has a shower which is adjacent to the 3rd Bedroom
• Pack & Play and High Chair available in the unit
• Washer and Dryer located in the hallway
• Wi-Fi Internet access
• Smoke Detector
• Fire Extinguisher under the kitchen sink
• We also provide a starter pack which include hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out. Guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

Clean as a whistle! Comfy beds, nice, plentiful towels, huge balcony with some water and with a head tilt sunset view. Excellent location for beach and Topeka concerts!!!

My husband and I and our 4 kids stayed in this condo for spring break this year. The condo was clean, updated and beautifully decorated! The beds were even comfortable which was a bonus! The host was very nice and responsive and she has thought of everything you would need in the condo! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, there are bathroom accessories, plenty of towels and beach supplies. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay in this same condo again!
