Discover the charm of stained concrete floors on the main level and cozy wood floors upstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the main floor, while four additional bedrooms and three more baths await upstairs—ideal for large families or groups.



Entertainment options abound with a garage ping pong table for lively matches and a dedicated kids` area featuring a bumper pool table, flat screen TV with DVD player, mini-fridge, wet bar, and dinette. Relax on the leather couches in front of a 70-inch smart TV, enjoy board games, or try your hand at Ladder Golf and Bean Bag Toss.



The spacious kitchen, fully equipped and capable of seating up to 14, makes meal preparation a breeze. You can even grill outdoors with the provided charcoal grill or unwind by the custom patio fire pit.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:



1) The Friday Life VW26 provides 4 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 4 vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.



2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.



3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 26. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways



4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk



5) Towing will be strictly enforced
