This coastal beauty is located just minutes from the beach and all of the local favorites: restaurants, shops, and sips! RECENTLY UPDATED Downstairs apartment features a queen-sized bed, two queen size pull out sofas, comfortably accommodating larger groups! It also features a full bathroom and a Mini kitchen that will make you feel right at home! Break away from your day-to-day routine and come relax at Beach View 54!
***There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive according to the rules below:
1)Beach View 54 provides parking spaces for 3-4medium-sizedd vehicles.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Beach View 54. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, or RVs are allowed in Village Walk
5) Towing will be strictly enforced

-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

Property has all the amenities and very very close to beach and restaurants. Did i mention it’s a private community and very clean. it also has a small little apartment on the lower level.. worked out great for my son and his twins.

Great overall. I thought the bathroom rugs should be washed prior to us arriving. Plus lack of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags. For the cost that should’ve been provided.

Due to a family death we were late to arrive, check in was nice and could be done after hours seamlessly.
When renting the home we added a golf cart to our rental due to holiday weekend. Upon arrival it wasn’t at the home. The next morning we called management company , they could see the addition to our rental but would call back. 4 hours later, I called again asking about golf cart, another employee stated I was responsible for picking the cart up off site. She provided the company info and address. When we got to the golf cart company they had no record of rental of cart. Ultimately we got a cart, it was a headache. My suggestion is just not to add to home rental through VRBO/HappyStay.
Regarding the home, it has a great setup/arrangement. The interior is beautiful. Back of home looks like it just hasn’t been finished since Harvey. Mostly exterior needs completed with painting and doors. Washer and dryer are LOUD AND SQUEAKY.

Good property with Gulf views. Had some rusty bolt locks that prevented entry to the porch, but mgmt took care of this within hours of us notifying them. Cool to have 6 seater golf cart rental included in price. Personal elevator was great for 83 year old grandfather. Overall a good experience.
