This three-bedroom, single-family home is on a corner, canal-front lot in a quiet neighborhood. It is truly the best option for your next family vacation! This classic beach home offers a large deck with beach loungers, plenty of seating, an outdoor dining area, a boat dock, an inviting living area with comfortable furniture, and a large TV. Additional amenities include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The well-equipped kitchen has another TV and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, dishwasher, and microwave.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: Guests have access to the 20-foot dock, which is perfect for a 24-foot or smaller pontoon. Crabbing and fishing off the dock is allowed, but swimming is not advised. Guests wanting to swim can take a boat farther into the bay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Place was just as described in the pictures and description. Had 5 teenagers from 16 to 19. Basketball and pickleball courts were perfect for them. Used the buss a few times worked great. Beach was a short walk. Didn’t use the lagoon for anything would not swim in it. Maybe take a kayak out to the bay.

The house was perfect for a week vacation with our adult children. There was plenty of room to gather inside and the spacious deck was perfect for us. The home is comfortable and had all the basic needs in the kitchen including spices. We enjoyed crabbing off of the dock and rented kayaks for the week. Although the interior design is eclectic, we enjoyed the space offered by the property, the proximity to the beach, and the large spacious deck.

Convenient to stores and restaurants but far enough away from the busy roads. Having the deck was a great space to hang out and grill. The house inside was a bit eclectic but it suited our needs having two king size bedrooms and a kids room. The lighting was a little wonky and two of the beds were wavy, but good enough to get by for a week. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having a washer and dryer.
