We purchased this unit in 2022 and have spent the off-seasons making extensive updates for your comfort and enjoyment. Upgrades include a brand-new kitchen with modern appliances, new furniture and bedding, smart TVs, fresh paint, and updated utilities. Most recently, both bathrooms were completely remodeled.
Enjoy breathtaking, direct oceanfront views from this third-floor condo at Flying Cloud, ideally located on 94th Street—just steps from great restaurants, shopping, and a full-service grocery store. The condo is fully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchenware, appliances, cable, and high-speed internet. Two parking spaces are included with your stay.
