The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City MD! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels bathroom tissue laundry and dish detergents trash bags and even bathroom toiletries! Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

I decided to plan a last minute trip for my family and my sister's family and this condo was the perfect fit! We each had our own bathroom, plenty of bed space and the pool and outdoor activities were great! Not a far walk to the beach and the 4th floor location had a great view! Thanks so much for having us!

The condo was very clean, could smell the cleaning products used when first walked in the door. We loved the layout, not too much furniture and decorations which we loved because then it felt more roomy and not too cluttered. The beds in the one room are full, not queen like the description said, but that was not an issue. Plenty of closet space to store suitcases and clothes, etc. One recommendation I have is to have a drying rack of some sort for the towels…we are a family of six, so six beach towels and six shower towels, and then the swimsuits…so we used the closets for that. The sliding doors didn’t seem too durable…the sliding shower door in the one bathroom doesn’t have anything holding it in place on the bottom, so it came off the first day….was able to fix it without too much of a problem. Also the sliding door screen door onto the balcony came off. It was a mild inconvenience, not something worth ruining the vacation for. We did borrow some kitchen supplies from family staying in another condo in the same building, so the kitchen is stocked…but not with every piece (we borrowed a crock pot and a 9x13 pan).
All in all we had a great time…even with cold and windy and rainy weather when we were stuck inside, we had a great time. Thank you!!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The space was perfect for what we needed. We had an infant with us and the second bedroom had plenty of room to accommodate a pack and play for her in addition to the 2 beds already in the room. A few minor suggestions for updates, the fridge took a while to cool and the master bathroom is in need of updating. The building was very secure and you can't beat the location. Within walking distance to many things, restaurants, 7/11, coffee shop and a grocery store. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again. Thanks to the owners for sharing their space.
For the building, it would be nice if there were additional parking spaces or at least a guaranteed spot somewhere close to park a second car.
