This Beautiful 4 BR 3.5 BA townhome features a wonderful canal location that allows for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town. Purchased in 2026, the owners have done extensive updates including fresh paint and numerous new furnishings and decorations. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and tile backsplash. Each of the four bedrooms has a king bed with two of them having their own private bath. This home is great for families or groups where everyone wants "the big bed" and when Mom and Dad are looking for their own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free Wi-Fi so that you can "stay connected". Outside, there are 3 decks to enjoy the summer breezes, a gas grill and easy access to the water for your SUPs and kayaks.
Located off 94th street, there is no shortage of fun activities for the family to enjoy. There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, basketball courts and of course Ocean City's wonderful beach. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, a mall, many great restaurants Including Liquid Assets, Bull on the beach and Lombardi's to name a few. There is mini-golf, laser tag, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a 3-level townhome - all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors.
* Two parking spots are available and there is additional free parking on the street.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located off 94th Street.
* A Linens & Towel Package are included for all rentals. The package includes linens for all the beds as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
