Gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal with your loved ones. The first-floor main suite has an en-suite bath plus a private sitting room with a wet bar that includes a sink, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The second floor features four bedrooms and a full bathroom. Step outside onto the large deck and take in the fresh air and water views. The home also features a dock and a yard with a firepit, an incredible space for outdoor gatherings with family and friends.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Fires are not permitted on this property.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was in tune with the photographs. The house was clean but outside was in need of some care. The porch needed another sweep, the garbage from the last people was still there and both bins were full. We arrived on Sunday, but the garbage wasn't emptied until Friday when they mowed the lawn. The upstairs windows definitely need screens and blinds. The small portable screens provided kept falling out and there was no way to keep from getting bright sun in the room very early in the morning. We liked the area, the view from the porch was very nice and in general, we liked the house. Would make a note that there is an upstairs tub/shower which was not mentioned on the website. We almost didn't rent because we thought all four of us would have to use the shower downstairs, so we were pleasantly surprised.

The view is amazing but I would like some kind of blinds on the windows when the sun came in it got very hot and if there were blinds we could block the sun a bit. But everything was great!

We were sold by the bright views through the large picture windows in the kitchen/living area. Quiet area. Very clean. Picturesque, relaxing.

The house was clean and well stocked. But the property and the view is what we enjoyed most. The kids loved playing by the water when the tide was high. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the porch. It felt private and safe. We really enjoyed our time and would like to come back next year!
