About this house rental
This lovely vacation house is located in the desired and gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores in Miramar Beach, just steps from the white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The gated community features two swimming pools (one heated), a tennis court and private beach access with its own cabana that offers drinks during the season. The house offers up to 3 parking spots in the driveway and is just steps away from the main pool. It is a short 6min walk within the neighborhood to the private beach access or you can use the free shuttle service. This is where you want to stay if you want to reside close to the beach but are looking for the privacy of a home. This neighborhood is extremely kid friendly.
This 3 bedroom and 2 ½ bath 2-story home is 1,624 SqFt. and offers a private back yard with a grill and an outside shower. It is just 400 yards away from the beach. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (excluding infants) and offers a wonderful sense of space to gather everyone together or to sneak away for your private time.
The open concept living area has an updated kitchen with bar and a large dining table. The living room section has comfortable seating and is the perfect space for gathering the whole family. The full laundry room and the half bath are just off the living area.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, etc. It is fully equipped with all needed utensils and dinner ware including pots and pans.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its private bathroom with shower and direct access to the back yard. It features a king bed and is equipped with its own TV. On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms with direct access to a large balcony and a shared bathroom with Tub/Shower. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other bedroom offers two full beds. Both rooms are equipped with their own TV’s.
The unit is fully stocked with linens and towels. This house offers all the basics and some extras not normally found in a vacation rental.
Wi-Fi Internet access is included at no additional cost! And full cable in all rooms.

This is the second time I have rented at Emerald Shores! Love it here! All the houses are beautiful and taken care of very well. We enjoy the private beach! The communication with the property manager is top notch! Always available and responds promptly in a timely manner! Recommend Emerald Shores to all who is looking for a place to stay along Florida coast!

This house was ready for us to call it 'home' for the week! The lovely renovated kitchen was so well appointed with ample plates, silverware, and cooking utensils, as well as new dishwasher, fridge, and range! Bedrooms were comfy although the HVAC does have to work a bit extra to address the upstairs ample size bedrooms. The outdoor veranda on the second level provides a delightful view of your location within the neighborhood. The walk from the beach is good exercise and the neighborhood Tram to the beach, during 'on' Season, was a great option. The home is nicely situated within a quiet cul-de-sac with patio areas for children to safely play. We will more than likely book this one again as our family has grown and this home easily fits the needs of 4 adults and two kiddos. We are veteran visitors to the Emerald Shores Community and do not look at staying anywhere else when Vacationing in Destin.

We are spring break regulars in Miramar Beach. However, we kind of waited a bit too late to book our regular house/neighborhood. We chose this house for the proximity to where we have stayed in the past and have to say this house DID NOT disappoint at all. Communication was great and super easy to work with. Location was an awesome short walk to the private beach, kids loved the pool options and the house was more than roomy for the five of us. One of the few times where the house was better than the pictures. I would HAPPILY stay here again.
