About this house rental
Farmhouse completely renovated in 2021 with new HVAC, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, etc. Large covered front porch as well as attached sun deck with dip pool perfect for releasing the stresses of city life! The house is on a hilltop with a great view and guests have access to the 86 acre property for fishing and other outdoor activities.

We had an amazing stay! Beautifully done farmhouse that felt like home. It was very clean and inviting. The host reached out to tell us about the property and again to give us explicit directions. Perfect accommodations for us, near the Half Moon Empire wedding venue.

The SunShiner Farm provided the perfect place for our yearly get-together. The location offered peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the surrounding hillsides and farmland. The house was clean and spacious, with a fully-functional kitchen, three very nice full bathrooms, and comfortable beds throughout. The A/C didn't miss a beat, and the front porch was great for visiting with friends. Also, Travis was a great host who was always available when we had a question, and he helped provide the information we needed throughout the process of choosing and then staying at the SunShiner Farm. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, and he went the extra mile with his hospitality. We definitely recommend SunShiner Farm. Thanks for a great vacation experience, Travis!
