About this house rental
Home was furnished with all new furniture from top to bottom in March 2020. New linens are purchased annually. Both bathrooms upstairs were completely remodeled in 2021! Come enjoy a great spot on the river with family and friends. With a short walk (60 yards) down to the river, you can enjoy what the San Marcos River has to offer. This have has private access to the San Marcos River.

This home is next to Don's Fish Camp, where you can rent tubes and float right back to the property. Easy entry stairs into the river.
Guests have access to the entire property and home. Owners are not on site, but can assist with any needs.

Our home is less than 10 minutes from town. The nearest store, Walmart is about 6-7 minutes from the home, and HEB is about 10 minutes. You are able to drive your SUV or truck down to the waters edge!
Home has an outdoor surveillance camera that over looks the driveway. No additional cameras on the property.
Home is also in the country. You may see wildlife while on the property. Home is sprayed every 3-4 weeks. Wildlife includes but not limited too: hogs, snakes, spiders, scorpions, bees.
