About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy retreat! We’re absolutely delighted to have you as our guest! As you settle in, please feel right at home and make the most of your stay.
To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
• Check-in time is after 4 pm, check-out time is before 11 am, Please follow this time. In case you need to extend check in or check out, please let us know in advance, otherwise there may be guests coming the same day.
• This is a non-smoking home. Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or drug use are permitted at this property. If any evidence of any of these is detected at any time, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee assessed.
• No open flames or candles. If you find candles in the house, they are for outside use or for emergencies only.
• Please do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes.
• Please do not run the A/C with the doors-and windows open.
• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please return the furniture to its original position if it has been rearranged.
• If you damage something, please let us know immediately, so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
• Registered guests only. No extra guest allowed staying overnight.
• No events or parties.
• If you use the grill, please make sure the gas is turned off when not in use and the grates are wiped down. Empty gas cylinders can be exchanged in nearby stores. Please ensure that the grill is cleaned before your departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 charge for cleaning.
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
• Please place garbage carts to the curb on FRIDAY MORNING for pick up.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• Please use the check-out instructions to prepare for your departure.
• Enjoy yourself and the Florida sunshine!

Overall a pretty nice, cozy studio. There was several small things that need attention. There were some sweet ants that showed up, there's no microwave, hot water was warm at best, the toilet tank only filled half way and took a long time to refill, the tile floor was a little sticky, there was no shelf in the shower stall, and the owner never stopped in to introduce herself or ask if we needed anything.
I admit thes are all SMALL items but corrected it will make for a more pleasant stay.
