About this house rental
The house itself is a bungalow duplex that has two completely self-contained units. You will have your private unit access, parking spot and backyard space.
Beautifully Decorated, Very Clean, Bright and Nice this unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc.); lovely and cozy family room with a soft couch, armchairs and TV with entertainment channels. There is a wireless internet connect everywhere in the unit.
There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and another room has two twin beds. The unit has one washroom (towels provided) and an outside patio. The garden has beautiful orange fruit trees. There is a lanai as well.
- Please be energy-saving: don't let the water run if yo are not using it, turn the lights off in the rooms you are not using or when leaving the house.
- Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
- Absolutely non-smoking place.
