This wonderful duplex home is located less than a 10-minute walk from the famous Warm Mineral Springs—a truly special destination known worldwide. These magical springs, often called the Fountain of Youth, are the largest warm mineral springs in the world and are celebrated for their therapeutic and health benefits, attracting visitors from all over the globe.
The home is a duplex, with each private apartment featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with separate entrances for added privacy. Each unit includes a spacious, newly furnished living room with a Smart TV and comfortable sofa, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a dining area.
Sleeping arrangements include two twin beds in one bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Fresh towels, sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers are provided for your comfort.
Guests also have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The backyard offers a relaxing outdoor space with a table, chairs, perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. Driveway parking is available.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and local attractions nearby. Beautiful beaches are less than 20 minutes away.

A newly renovated double bungalow in an up an coming residential neighborhood. Contemporary interiors with work in progress exteriors following hurricanes. We enjoyed our stay and it was located in close proximity to our destinations.

I was staying in the area for a month for work and this place was perfect for a home away from home to stay during my time in North Port.

Very clean unit. No cable tv- just smart tv. Comfortable bed. Could use a cookie sheet and broiler pan. Great little screen porch. Neighborhood pretty shaky but we were safe- just didn’t walk it.
Just a very basic unit- but again very clean.
