About this house rental

Enjoy sunrises over the ocean & sunsets over Egans Creek. Completely renovated 3000 sq ft 4BR, 4.5BA home. 300 sq ft master suite w/king bed with doors to 2000 sqft lanai, pool, outdoor shower & beach path. Guest suite also has a king bed and own full bath (also has lanai access). Two more bedrooms to sleep four more in Queen $ twins. All bedrooms have black out shades, fans. 2 HVAC, 2 Rennai tankless for each half on one level home. 2 mile bike ride to Historic Downtown restaurants and shops. Egans Creek Greenway access steps away. 5 Bikes, 2 SUPs for use at renters' discretion. Outdoor kitchen and tv, private pool, dedicated office, dining, living and family rooms. Large kitchen Quartz counters, 2 sinks, double ovens and updated amenities.

We had a fabulous stay at the property! It’s a short easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and just as described. The pool was clean and pleasant. Communication was prompt and the host very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely home just off Fletcher with such convenience to town, beach, Eagans Creek, park, YMCA. You can walk or bike anywhere from this home. The beds were all very comfortable for us and our family. All cotton linens were greatly appreciated Pool and outdoor area with grill were delightful for outside dining. We could hear the waves crashing - this home is that close! Owners were very responsive to questions and corrected small issues. Book this home for family and friend get togethers. There is no better location on the island!
