I grew up on Amelia Island and I knew what/where I was looking for. I have a 14 month old and a 3 year old and this was PERFECT. That beach access is KEY and so is the outdoor shower. Back and forth to the beach all day long. Hot Tip: This is not the properties fault, but the grocery store situation on the island is a little wonky right now, so we Instacarted an order from the Publix in Yulee for pick up before we headed on the island.
