Spacious one bedroom apartment located on the second floor. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, two large balconies, great for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, or sunbathing.
Walking distance to the beach, the main square, local markets and an array of delicious restaurants. 1 block to the beach and 6 blocks into town, Casa Agave II is a great location in the quiet end of town.
We provide bed linens and pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, bath soaps. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and dish towels. Beach towels and beach chairs, trash cans and liners, purified water for drinking, basic pots, pans and cooking utensils. Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice trays, toaster, and blenders. Basic spices including sugar and salt are usually available. Cleaning every 7 days is included
High speed WIFI available, Smart TV with Netflix installed, log in with your user and password, or log into guest account.

Great quiet location not too far from the beach. Home had everything I needed and loved having the big patio to sit and eat breakfast on.

Pros: - proximity to beach is less than 2 minutes walk- street is very quiet- view from the terrace is pleasant and with a pleasant/constant breeze - host was responsive when we had a small problem- AC (mini-split units) worked very well - Fans in both main roomsCons:- place is quite dated in furniture and desperately needs maintenanceex. tiles on bathroom are missing, outdoor furniture is so rusted that cannot be used, kitchen has many items requiring attention (cabinets, shelving poor conditions) - bed & sofas uncomfortable- price, considering condition, is not competitiveNote: Place is not adequate for older people or those with disabilities because of the steep stairs and bathroom tub access requiring a stool to enter it
