About this apartment rental
Spacious two bedroom two bathroom unit. This space includes a large fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and dining area, a large family room with ample seating, primary bedroom includes private on suite bathroom, second bedroom with two twin-size beds, beautiful private back patio, great for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, lounging, or grilling outdoors and with family or friends.
Walking distance to the beach, the main square, local markets and an array of delicious restaurants. 1 block to the beach and 6 blocks into town, Casa Agave II is a great location in the quiet end of town.
We provide bed linens and pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, bath soaps. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and dish towels. Beach towels and beach chairs, trash cans and liners, purified water for drinking, basic pots, pans and cooking utensils. Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice trays, toaster, and blenders. Basic spices including sugar and salt are usually available. Cleaning every 7 days is included

1st time stay at Clase Azul Suite, 4th time vacationing in Puerto Morelos. Truly a block from the beach with easy walk and access to the sand. Suite provides beach towels, chairs and umbrella but additionally the lounge chairs and umbrellas available on the beach are at very affordable rates! Kitchen is well stocked with prep, cooking and eating utensils, no worries preparing or storing food. The town of Puerto Morelos is a 10-15 minute walk from suite, well maintained streets and homes, comfortable and quiet area to walk through. Many restaurants with a variety of ethnic foods to choose from. The grocery store offers all the staples, meats, produce, bakery, personal care products, pharmacy services.. you don’t need a car in Puerto Morelos, everything is available and in walking distance. The lodging was perfect for my brother and I. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice size kitchen and living space. Netflix movies at night, coffee on the outside patio and lazy days on the beach. Highly recommend!!

Kristen’s place was perfect. Exactly as advertised, but even better. The location is ideal - it’s at the quieter end of town, but still only a 10 minute walk from the hub of restaurants and shops. And even better, only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. The beach clubs nearby are great if you want to rent chaise loungers and an umbrella for the day, and very reasonably priced. Try the pizza at Unico Beach Club!!! Having said that, Kristen has 4 beach chairs and towels available for use, as well as a small cooler, which was perfect.
The AC works amazingly well - we were there in the hottest part of the year, and yet we were nice and cool inside. Fresh big bottles of filtered water are also provided, which was very thoughtful.
Kristen’s communication was excellent. She met us at the house on our arrival, and was very quick and helpful to respond to any of our questions.
We spent two full weeks here and didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to go back!
