Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great views of the beach. House was extremely clean and welcoming. Bathrooms were stocked and made you feel like you were visiting a luxury hotel, the king size beds were comfortable and added to a great relaxing vacation. Will definitely stay there again.

The condo was clean and nice. Loved that there was liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Overall a great place to stay.

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this condo for a week on April 30. We didn’t have Internet when we arrived on Saturday and I made the call to Vacasa. Four days later is when they decided to show up. The following day on Sunday I called them about the bed in the master bedroom. The other couple were sleeping on it and said they were rolling towards the middle. Come to find out there was no support under the boxspring. There were six slats but nothing was holding them up. The quick fix was for us to put some of the kitchen stock pans under some of the slats to give it some support. Again Vacasa did nothing about it until three days after that call they showed up and we told them don’t mess with it right now we’ve got it fixed. But the fact that it took them three days to show up when somebody was complaining about rolling to the middle of a mattress with no support and coming out with horrific back problems is unacceptable to me. Maintenance was supposed to have gone in there last Friday after we left to do something about it. So if you’re planning on staying in this condo be sure to ask that question. Did anybody fix the support under the master bed. And then there’s the living room furniture. It’s a great set up but that furniture is so uncomfortable. There’s no lower back support on any of it. Other than that the condo was clean. It’s a great layout. The elevators were fast. It was close to the water. I was just very disappointed in how slow Vacasa responsed.
