The beach front balcony was the best part. The property was well decorated and had comfortable beds. The beach itself was really nice. Easy access.
Our balcony was directly above the swimming pool and some guests would be in it very late at night while playing music. It didn’t ruin our trip but it’s worth noting if you’re a light sleeper.

Everything was clean and well maintained
I loved everything! This was my 3rd time staying at this condo and 2nd time staying in 406. Will be back very soon!

The balcony directly overlooks the ocean. The room was perfectly clean and only a few steps from the white sandy beach. Everyone we met was so friendly.
This particular unit (406) sits directly above the hot tub and swimming pool so the balcony is pretty noisy from around 10 am to 11 pm. Be advised that if you go during busy season, your balcony won’t be very quiet unless you wake up early and sit outside before the pool opens at 8 or 8:30. Other than that, I have zero complaints.
