Everything was clean and well maintained
I loved everything! This was my 3rd time staying at this condo and 2nd time staying in 406. Will be back very soon!

The balcony directly overlooks the ocean. The room was perfectly clean and only a few steps from the white sandy beach. Everyone we met was so friendly.
This particular unit (406) sits directly above the hot tub and swimming pool so the balcony is pretty noisy from around 10 am to 11 pm. Be advised that if you go during busy season, your balcony won’t be very quiet unless you wake up early and sit outside before the pool opens at 8 or 8:30. Other than that, I have zero complaints.

Very quiet. But it was off season. Everything was very convenient. We didn't have to leave our balcony. It was Oceanfront. The unit was very well furnished with everything we needed.
Water pressure was terrible. Pullout sofa needed a new mattress. We didn't get in the hot tub, but it was right below our balcony. It needed to be power washed badly. The pool was very clean. Some things looked old and out dated.
