About this house rental
This 1/1 unit is newly renovated with full kitchen, privately fenced patio and yard and private laundry. The unit has one sound proofed shared wall. Please note YES you do have your own washer/dyer. They are in the covered carport. The elements causes very minor rust marks to the exterior of the machines. The inside rubber insert we frequently change this to keep the unit fresh. Before booking please understand the difference between the exterior of the machine vs the interior where your clothes go.
Walk to Arlington Park pool, basketball and tennis courts, workout facility and playground. Also walkable to SMH and Southside Village restaurants & shops. Minutes from Bayfront Park, Selby Botanical Gardens, Marina Jack, St Armand's/Lido Key and Siesta Key.

It was perfect! Clean, the shower was nice, the mattress was comfortable, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, more than enough towels, and thank for providing chairs to take to the beach. Our favorite evening place was the tiki bar in the harbor, a five minute drive. Siesta Key and Lido are both about a 15 minute drive. Close to many restaurants and downtown Sarasota. We had a great stay!
