Newly renovated charming house close to beaches, shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Queen size bed and a pull out sofa bed. Quiet area walking distance to restaurants and shops. Front yard is great for walking small dogs. Beach towels and beach chairs are supplied. Fully equipped kitchen. Supermarkets near by. Generous discount at one of the best restaurants in town located right down the street.

The property was in good condition and clean. A wonderful location to see Sarasota, Siesta Key and other gulf coast sites. We felt like locals!

Rooms were nice. Kitchen appliances new. Would have liked a dresser for clothes, rather than just a suitcase rack. Would suggest more wash clothes provided, or let guests to bring a few. Appreciated the beach umbrella!
