Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

First time staying at sterling shores. Location was great. A short walk to the beach and no issues checking in and out. An added plus there’s the back porch restaurant a few steps away. Great experience for me and my wife, we will be back!

The condo appears just as it does in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated, has comfortable accommodations, and the property itself is close to the beach. The only issue I experienced was with the AC. The thermostat in the condo was set to 72 degrees at all times, but the temperature never went below 75. So I felt the need to turn on the ceiling fans to make it a bit cooler in the condo. Other than that, i have no complaints. I would recommend a stay here (as long as the AC issue is addressed).

The location of the condo, access to beach and pool were convenient. Otherwise, the stay would have not went well. The room had a strong bleach odor(was not the cleanest), across from the elevator, and not much cooking items to choose from. Would not recommend this condo.
