Let Sterling Shores Resort host your next getaway to The Sunshine State and spend a vacation you will never forget! Take advantage of the on-site shared amenities that include swimming pools, a seasonal poolside snack shack, a grill area in case you'd like to try your hand at grilling, and even a well-equipped fitness center. Inside your charming vacation rental, the fully-equipped kitchen is perfect to whip up tasty meals while the private balcony is exactly what you need to admire the ocean views. What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Golf is a very popular sport and you won't have trouble finding many golf courses nearby. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park and its waterslides, swimming pools, and rides await you and your family only two miles away. THINGS TO KNOW Full kitchen w/dishwasher Free WiFi Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

The condo was everything we expected. Beautiful views, great area and pool, and the accommodations were wonderful.

Enjoyed the stay, loved the location. Private beach, bar and grill, all in the sand! Supplies were a little thin, paper towels, TP, bath towels....otherwise wonderful!

Not enough furniture in condo when advertising sleeping 8. Had to buy coffee cups and oven mitts. Rusty vent in bathroom and mold on shower ceiling. Screen door on balcony not off tracks and filthy. My husbands said it best “we paid a premium rate for an economy condo.” However view is beautiful and beach access super easy. Only one elevator was working and we never saw anyone attempting to repair in 6 days. Overall nice complex just not this condo if you are looking to book here :)
