All good stuff here! Only thing that I could add is having an extra trash can and access to cable for live tv.

Cute neighborhood, quiet, lots of amenities, friendly people. Property was clean, did see several roaches during our stay tho, grill was not usable, easy access to the waterfront area, bit far from beaches if that’s important to you.
