Enjoy soaking in your own private backyard pool or head one mile to the beach. Kids will also enjoy the communal playground. And if you don't feel like driving, you have access to free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy transportation!
Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan combine to create a series of wide-open spaces in the main living area where you can watch your favorite shows on a 60-inch TV. Just outside, you'll find a balcony that overlooks the golf course and is equipped with a barbeque grill and table seating. The well-appointed kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and a full suite of appliances - including an electric range and dishwasher. When it's time to dine, there is counter seating and a formal dining table. Or, head out to the balcony to dine alfresco with a lovely view.

Access to this home requires the navigation of multiple stairs and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

Security camera details: This home has active exterior-facing Ring doorbell cameras, one at the front door and one on the garage door.
7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house is perfect for two families with young kids, it was well-stocked with most of what you’d need for several days and the layout of the house is great. The pictures do no justice for how fabulous it is! I didn’t give it 5 stars for just a couple reasons-one was there is no blower for the backyard and everyone that visits HHI knows about the trees. We swept the back porch and patio twice otherwise you’d be stepping on acorns and debris. There was a blower in the garage but no battery. There is a skimmer so you can clean the pool as needed. No pool lights at night FYI so a bit dark out back. We also had some coffee pot issues as the reusable, universal k-cup I brought didn’t fit. We found a regular coffee pot in the kitchen island cabinet but there were no filters. We would have gone with the flow but the fire alarm had gone off in the house at 4:45am for some unknown reason so we were EXHAUSTED. Vacasa was amazing with the situation checking in and sending maintenance help that morning first thing. They were great the whole trip! Lastly, be aware this house is on the water and there is a large alligator whose home is next to the dock. He sat next to the bank the whole time we were there which made us nervous with kids. Luckily the door had a chain lock at the top so the kids couldn’t go out alone. Overall, this is a great house and I’d recommend it to anyone. And thanks again Vacasa for being greats hosts!

The previous review was negative, we had a similar experience. The pool was “cleaned”; however, debris was left all over the bottom. The exterior was so bad they sent a pressure washer out to clean during our stay. The inside of the house is clean and newly renovated. It slept the number of people comfortably as advertised.
Plenty of access to amenities within driving range e.g. tennis, pickle ball, and golf (5-7 minute drive). 12 minute walk to the beach or 5 minute drive. No parking at the public access.
