The pier is also licensed so guest do not need to purchase a fishing license. My family had a great stay, wish we had booked it a few days extra. Location is perfect and most importantly the amenities available for the whole family whether it's fishing, swimming, barbecuing...there's really no other reason for you to leave. Balcony was lovely, able to enjoy the sunrise/sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

Worked great for our family. The bunk beds are not for adults and the room is small and warmer than others so consider that room for kid’s only. The location and pool and lazy river was very nice and access to beach was fine to walk over overpass to access.

The location is perfect. Lots of places nearby. The room once we walked in had a horrible smell familiar to urine and mildew. We immediately opened all doors and aired it out. Kitchen was clean. Fridge was nice and clean. The bathroom plastic shower curtain had mold on it. I tried contacting the maintenence manager/office manager and got no response. I went to the store and bought myself a new shower curtain liner and also air fresheners to plug in . I rewashed all bed sheets and blankets and felt so much better. The pool was very nice and we had a great time there. I never heard back from maintenence or the office manager.
