It's the ultimate budget-friendly choice, perfect for solo adventurers, couples, and business travelers, especially consultants. You'll find comfortable full-size beds in every room, along with a TV offering Netflix or Amazon streaming. Low ceiling clearance, lower floor unit, not suitable for guest over 6’ (2m) or higher.
Our location is unbeatable, just 2 miles from Beth Israel Hospital, 4 miles from Newark International Airport, Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall, Costco, BJ’s, and Super Walmart. -Pet Pals: Bringing a furry friend? They're totally welcome! Just make sure they're comfy in a crate when you're not around. We'd love to see a crate pic before you check in. Only 1 pet allowed per reservation.
-Chillin' Late Checkouts: If you're in no rush to leave, a late check-out comes with a full day's rate.
-Inviting Friends: Friends are more than welcome, but please give us a heads-up in advance. Visitors count as extra guests with additional fees, 30 per guest per day.
-Sharing, Not So Much: Keep the check-in details and booking info within your group. Sharing outside the reservation leads to cancellation – no fun, we know!
-TLC for Linens: If any towels or linens need extra care, we'll have to deduct $10 per piece from the deposit.
-Trash Talk: On Monday's & Thursday's night, regular bagged garbage goes on the curb in front of the home. Recyclables? Leave those by the garage doors. And remember, no recycling mixed with regular garbage – fines may apply.
-Pest-Free Kitchen: Keep your treats in the kitchen cabinets – we've got a pest-free space and want to keep it that way.
-Fresh Air Vibes: We're keeping things clean and crisp, so no smoking near or inside the house. If any odors linger, there's a $500 cleaning fee.

I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond helping me and my daughter to use public transportation and it saved money and headache. Informed us about things to do and visit. I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. Clean and comfortable for the price, the jacuzzi was a nice touch! Check in was flawless. Convenient to bus stop to New York. Very close to the airport. Good price, will rent again.

So it was our anniversary and we wanted to get out of the city for a couple days. When we 1st got there to check in at 3pm, the code for the door was wrong and it took 45 minutes as well as talking to 2 different customer service representatives in order to get in touch with the property manager...
After finally getting inside, the place was nice and clean. Though the tv in the living room wasnt connected to anything so watching tv was strictly in the room.
I mostly got this place for the jacuzzi and fire pit but apparently the jacuzzi was and extra $50 extra to use.. and figured the fire pit would also cost more so didnt do either one...
The ceiling was very low so wouldnt suggest anyone taller than 5'7" staying there.
The neighborhood was cute and not far from the park but when it came to eat, everything was a distance away.
Other than that, it was ok for what it was.
