This is a 1 Bedroom beach condo. Perfect for two people and is in sought after Bay Shore Yacht and Tennis Complex. The Kitchen is fully functional. Internet included. The Bathroom is a walk-in shower w glass door. Relax on the large porch and watch the boats and wildlife go by.
From the condo, the views are spectacular and the award winning beach is just steps away with the walkway across the street from the complex. Accommodations include pool, hot tub, tennis, fishing, shuffle board, pickle ball and onsite laundery facilities(4th floor). Also have outdoor grilling area.NOTE: no glass to be used in pool area. Hefty fines associated with people who do not follow the rules.

The best stay I’ve ever had in my entire life. Bob and Lisa were welcoming, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Upon arrival the TV was not working. Bob and Lisa went out and purchased a brand new TV with no hesitation and installed it the very next day to ensure our comfort. We will absolutely be coming back as we loved it so very much.

Great condo. The water view is phenomenal. Also have peak a boo view of gulf. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom amenities. And so many towels- bath and beach! Bed was crazy comfy with good sheets and coverings. View of Intracoastal from bed was stunning. Some issues with televisions but quickly fixed and wasn't a problem. Elevator was close and quick. Pool area great. Condo and grounds were very clean and well kept.the beach was close!

Lovely condo on the waterway and just across from the beach. Only a five minute walk to the beach. Condo very well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had.
