The living area is the right place to cozy up after exploring the nearby area - just kick back and relax as you watch your favorite shows or movies on the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could ever want to prepare delicious and memorable meals for the group. Ductless mini-split HVAC units have been installed in both bedrooms and the living area to provide heat and air-conditioning to keep the cottage comfortable year-round.
Located on Harwich's main thoroughfare and only two blocks from the beach, this home provides the perfect location for night and day entertainment! The green area in this village serves as a great spot for barbecues and yard games if the beach is not in your interest. If you're in this area of the Cape for a wedding, it serves as the ideal home base for your stay, as Wychmere Beach Club is only half a mile away.

The full kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

the cottage itself is located behind a small parking lot (with privacy bushes), clustered with 3 other cottages with a shared green space. the cottage itself was adorable and had everything we needed. the location is also great - right between the main street and the beach. we enjoyed using the small kitchen and the television.my only complaint were the big ants here and there. there were just a couple around the house, and not enough to cause any real trouble, but i do think the owner of the property should look into that. overall, my friends and i enjoyed our weekend getaway at this cozy cottage.

This place was SO comfortable, SO clean! The kitchen had EVERYTHING! I mean everything! Coffee, filters, spices, sugar, every utensil! Even a blender! Amazing! Bed was very comfortable! Perfect location! One thing.....GPS will take you to the wrong place! This place us hidden begind a parking lot with trees. Its almost across from cumberland farms, just go to cumberland farms and look to your right, across the street. Not easy to find. Only complaint is the beautiful new bathroom and shower.....shower dpor on left doesnt open, and water will only go on full blast, SO hard it almost hurts and uses too much hot water because nothing you can do....turn it down abd water is cold. You have to literally get in shower, turn it on full blast with cold water on you til it gets warm because shower door near where you turn it on wont open! Crazy! Its a waste of water and hot water as well! Should fix this! But we just loved this place so much, it was worth putting up with the shower! 😁 We will defintely be back! Love that we could bring our small dog! You could never even tell that dogs stay here! Very nice place! And if you call them with issues finding it, the guy on the phone waz so very nice! Even called us back! Highly recommend!
