About this house rental
This cute 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage was recently completely renovated inside and is bright, clean and cozy. It is located on a quiet side street .4 miles away from Forest Beach and walking distance to beautiful trails and conservation land where you can watch the osprey and sea birds. It is a direct walk the beach, no busy roads to cross. It is walking distance to popular Pisces restaurant and Talkative Pig, about 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a ten minute drive to downtown Chatham or Harwich. The ferry to Nantucket is just 2 miles down the road. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with 1-3 children, or two adult couples. The common space has a great couch and 50 inch TV, Roku and Apple TV. The outside deck has a gas grill to cook on enjoy eating outside. The yard has a hammock to lounge on.

Another fantastic stay! This was our second summer at Meaghan's cottage, and it was every bit as enjoyable as we remembered. The home is spotless, comfortable, and has everything we needed for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation. The king bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the cottage nice and cool. The location is hard to beat. Forest Beach is a short walk and there are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, so everything is convenient.Meaghan was an excellent host, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly while still giving us plenty of privacy.It's easy to see why we came back for a second year. We'd gladly stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to enjoy Cape Cod.

This cottage is in a great location and was comfortable. We were able to walk our dog every day in the neighborhood but unfortunately he could not walk on the beach at Forest Beach but on the bright side we were able to go to Red River Beach which was close by and that beach is gorgeous, clean and let friendly until Memorial Day. If you do bring your pet with you, be aware that ticks are very bad this year.Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay there again.

We just had a great stay over the New Year’s Eve holiday. The renovated cottage is exactly as described - very cozy (but everything we would need). The host communicated extremely well and was very responsive. Highly recommend!
