About this house rental

Cottage has been in family for over 40 years but updated over the years. Seasonal beach cottage 1 full bath, king bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, outdoor shower, dishwasher, laundry, cable tv and internet. Walk to Pleasant Street Beach. Dog friendly. Living Room has a Mitsubishi split system cooling heating system and there is a window air conditioner in Master bedroom. Ten min drive to Chatham.

Very close to a small beach which we enjoyed a lot. The cottage itself was fine although could use a bit more attention to detail and upgrading. Very quiet location!

This property is adorable! Perfectly sized for our family of 5 (plus the dog) - we could have easily and comfortably fit 2-3 more people. The house is clean and neat, and everything was easy to find. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs available, and having laundry onsite was so convenient! The walk to Pleasant Street Beach was short and easy (a note: there are no dogs allowed on the beach between Apr 15 and Sept 15).

We had a wonderful week at the beach with our family and some friends. The cottage was as advertised, fully stocked, super clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and there's a lovely beach only a short walk away. It's a gem of a spot!

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was very clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the beautiful, quaint , New England architecture. The bonus was the short walk to Pleasant Street Beach!
