This gorgeous home is very spacious with a perfect layout for large family gatherings! There is a split floor plan with the suite attached. Enjoy having two full kitchens, two living rooms, TVs throughout, high-speed WiFi, an on-site washer/dryer, and the star of the home: a private screened swimming pool. The location of this home is quite convenient; you will be just a short walk to the beach with the beach path right behind the home.
This home also features a Pack N' Play, highchair, play saucer, baby seat, and toys and games for the kids.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). 13 GWT was a perfect location for our large party (8 adults, 3 preschoolers, 2 babies) - plenty of space, good safety features and amenities for families, short easy walk to the beach, private pool, and good nearby food options. Camille and Mariah went above and beyond, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We'll be back!

We all could hang out in one area together. All 12 of us. Whether it be the main kitchen, living room or pool area, but also have separate time with the size of the property.

We rented this house for our family beach week vacation. We were happy with the location - the house is an easy drive from JAX and an easy walk to the beach (5 minutes out the back door).
However, while the house is big and there is plenty of space- it needs upkeep inside and outside including the pool.
The cleanliness of the house needs improvement.
We had an unclean/ hygienic issue with a bed which was resolved the next day after notifying management. Another cleanliness issue in the kitchen took days to get a response from management and a resolution.
The house is not well stocked so bring hand soap, and cleaning supplies for cleaning/sanitizing the kitchen.
The screened in pool and patio have holes in the screen which means bugs and lizards get in.
As other guests have noted- the pool isn’t heated and the water is cold (since it’s under trees) but it’s refreshing after a hot day at the beach.
We enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the resort area but would not rent again considering the downsides.
