The 6 rooms meet every large groups needs each side has 3 rooms 2 baths (not connected) From a kids room to an office space and all the streaming channels you might need, including Disney, Netflix, Hulu, and our Roku channels! Our kitchen has everything you could need to plan a delicious stay-at-home meal or hit the town to our favorite barbecue spots nearby!

A 4000 sqft duplex for large families or large groups. Each kitchen is stocked for a great home cooked meal. Each living room has a large comfy couch for the entire group to sit around and relax after a long day hiking Palo Duró Canyon or visiting our Panhandle Museum.
