Perfect house!

Perfect house!

First, the house was very easy to find. It was clean and very well put together. We arrived into town quite a bit earlier than expected and in talking with Angel we were able to check in early (and with 3 kids that were ready to get out of the car) which was a big plus. Angel checked in on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Overall, it was a great place and very comfortable.

This property is very nice, beautiful decorated, perfect for a family trip. The host was helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for hiking Palo Duro and places to eat!

The owner was great with communication and checked on us to make sure everything was great! We had plenty of room for everyone and the bathrooms were nice and everything was clean! It was nice to come home in the evenings and have a comfy area to unwind. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again!

Great experience overall! The property manager was responsive and helpful from booking through checkout! We were in town visiting West Texas A&M’s football program. This home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with many amenities that made you feel at home! The location was ideal, close to restaurants, the freeway, etc! It took us about 15 minutes to get to Canyon TX. We will definitely stay here on our next visit! Thank you fir a wonderful stay!

One of the best rental experience

It is a 5-star experience. We first got welcomed by "snacks for everyone". After a long drive to Amarillo for a sports tournament, the whole family was worn out. Snack cheered everyone up. The house is well maintained. Very clean. Owner has put lots of convenient features around the house, such as plenty of amenities in the shower room, plenty of bottle water in the fridge, etc. Owner really created an environment that feels just at home. The neighborhood is quiet at night though just off HW40. Plenty of choice of breakfast and restaurants just a few minutes drive. There are bonus features such as free Netflix movies, calling Alexa to turn off lights, the awesome gourmet coffee corner! The best part is the owner. Angel is very easy to communicate. She's kind and sweet. We'll surely come again for our next tournament trip.
