Our trip was great! The view was awesome. Joe with security was incredible and friendly. The beach was clean and water was great. The condo was lovely just had few minor things that could easily be fixed. Shattered sliding glass door, broken bathroom cabinet, no plug for tub. Some cleanliness could be easily fixed : stained mattress pad, door facing need to be wiped down and new linens are needed. A blackout curtain in the room for the light from outside; made it difficult to sleep. Overall it was a nice place....just a few things should be addressed before I would rent it again....especially for what we paid.

Overall had a great time. Mr Joe was wonderful and friendly. The view of the beach was great and weather was perfect. The condo itself was not as clean as it could be....crumbs were left on counters and some dishes were not clean. Door frames around door knobs were needing to be wiped down. Bed linens need to be replaced, mattress cover had stains as well as box springs. Bedroom nearest to the door could use a black out curtain...sleeping with outside light was not so relaxing. Mattress cover should be switched out to cloth...plastic made it very hot because it doesn't allow the body to breath. Black mold on the side of tub and no plug for baths should be dealt with...a new faucet would modernized it and would be gross and out dated (sink faucet was newer) A cabinet was broken in master bathroom. Sliding glass door in den area was shattered and was leaving shards on patio. A couple of bandaids later...shoes were needed to sit on balcony. Before renting this condo out these things should be addressed especially for the amount of money spent.

We really liked our stay here . The condo was clean and comfortable . The pool was not really as nice as it looked in the pictures but we were not there for the pool. Do bring your own beach towels and blankets

Property was in great location. Very clean but the carpet smelled musty. Only had two wash clothes and two towels per bathroom for a 4 night stay and no dish rag in kitchen. We had to go buy blankets for beds because a sheet like covers. Also needs update on rusted outside table. One more chair in den would have been nice.
