Step out onto your private balcony and take in breathtaking views of the Gulf, the perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the beach. Inside, the open-concept living space includes a dining table and barstools, providing plenty of seating for meals and gatherings.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, direct balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and connects to a bathroom that also opens to the hall for easy access. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a full-size sofa sleeper.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The property does not offer monthly rentals.

It was very clean and was a great location. The sheets were missing for the sofa bed but were promptly sent over when I texted Liquid Life. The queen bed did not work for 2 people due to one side having a deep indentation and it was very squeaky. That's why we needed the sofa bed.A lounge chair on the balcony would have been a nice addition. There was one in the pics but not one there. The building is easy to get to and had a lot of covered parking which was great. There was a friendly security man as we came and went each day.. Elevators worked great too.
