Overall, the property was very good. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had a great time and enjoyed using the hot tub. The only thing that was an issue was the a/c. It was warm outside (80s during the day) and the house was warm. We turned the units on cool and turned the temps down but they would always go back up to 72. We weren't in the house a lot during the day so it was ok but it was very warm at night trying to sleep.

Spacious. Nice large windows let in cheerful light and the views. Very clean! Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you might need. Hot tub very clean. Worked out great for our summer stay. Caleb is very responsive and accommodating! We would return in the future.

This place felt bigger than the photos, so props for that! We didn't feel as if we were bumping into each other the entire stay; ample room in this listing. The hot tub was great, the grill was great, lots of great kitchen amenities included. All instructions were easy for check-in and out, the town is Salida is close enough and easy to get to. Great spot for a weekend getaway with friends!

The property was in a convenient location and beautiful. We are familiar with Salida after living in the area for many years. We came with family for assistance in getting our cabin ready to sell. Although the property is aesthetically nice there are some 'areas' of concern. The most important is the hazard surrounding the fireplace. Four family members tripped over the rock in front of the furnace. My husband tripped and sustained a horrible fall. He is on a blood thinner and fortunately did not hit his head. He has three broken toes and a sprained wrist. Our suggestion is to consider removing this 'hazard' The other small things pale in comparison. Don and Donna Newsom
