This a place feels like home. The kitchen is chock full of supplies, including spices and condiments. Excellent water pressure in the showers. Windows all open easily in the summer to let the cool air in at night. Location is perfect to access hiking and fishing, short drives to Salida or Leadville. Lots of wildlife right out the door. Internet was a tad slow, but crews were laying fiber during our stay, so that issue should be resolved shortly! Would stay again.

Well appointed. Comfortable beds. Room to spread out. Centrally located on Arkansas River. Excellent kitchen & all necessary tools to cook gourmet meals.

Upon arrival we were very happily surprised by the Amazing mountain views, and privacy the property offered. The house was very neatly organized, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would absolutely recommend this rental, and would love to return for another stay in the future.
