About this house rental
Welcome to the forest! This cozy home is nestled in a tranquil relaxing setting that will refresh your entire being. There are three bedrooms, and a full size futon; two bathrooms (one newly remodeled); full kitchen, laundry room, large deck, hot tub and a pet friendly dog run area. All bedrooms include smart TVs. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Big back deck includes fire pit, hot tub and eating areas, as well as gas grill (you may have to refill propane in town), and breakfast nook off master suite. Wrap around deck with amazing views to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while you listen to the birds sing.
Buena Vista at its finest, you are minutes away from three wonderful hot springs, Mount Princeton, Charlotte and Cottonwood. Summer activities include some of Colorado’s best White water rafting, kayaking, fishing, hiking and biking. Winter activities include snow shoeing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing. Both Ski Cooper and Monarch Resort are within 50 miles for downhill skiing. There are many amazing places to eat, shop, and explore.
Garage for owner use only. Intentional misuse of hot tub or fire pit, including pets inside hot tub, cooking over fire pit, etc./$500 fine.
No smoking or vaping/$500 fine for smoking inside, there is a designated cigarette smoking area out back, on deck.
No open fires.
Please respect our dark sky policy by turning off all outside lights by 9:00 pm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-day stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We made use of the well-equipped kitchen to cook most of our dinners. Our dog enjoyed the fenced back yard. The owner was very helpful in getting to us a package that the post office had delivered to a "package locker." We would stay again.
