This was a wonderful property on the ground floor in a very nice condo complex located with ocean views from the condo's patio and Matanzas River views out the condo's front door, so we could enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. The private beach access was very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly. the appliances were new, the bed was comfortable, and the walk-in shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The decor was very pretty and peaceful, just as portrayed in the pictures. The only imperfections, which were minor to us, were that the plantation shutters need a small repair to stay open better, the TV service had some glitches, but we worked around that, and one of the circuit breakers for the kitchen tripped if too many appliances were going on it at once, but we just plugged in at a different outlet--no real problem. A very enjoyable, relaxing vacation for my husband and myself. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was very nice, well supplied. We did have an issue with the unit and complex having ocean access. There was a long term project, causing people to visit the neighboring resort in order to get access or as instructed to drive to a public beach access. Since just having knee surgery this was more than just a little inconvenient.
