Sunny 1BR Beach Condo with Poolside Relaxation
Located in an oceanfront resort with one swimming pool. The condo is conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine. It's the perfect resort to start enjoying your vacation, anytime of the year!
Get away from the crowds and relax in the fresh air and freedom of Tradewinds, located on magnificent Crescent Beach. Listen to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy romantic sunset views from the Inter-coastal waterway. “Cielo Mio” (my heaven) is a first floor, end unit condo, offering a traditional “Spanish” theme to make you feel you are vacationing close to the historical town of St. Augustine (only 20 minutes drive away) It offers a partial sea view from the patio, with comfortable seating and tables for outdoor dining. A BBQ area is provided at the poolside or enjoy an outdoor meal on the picnic tables, overlooking the Intra-coastal, on the western side of the complex. Several local restaurants are nearby. It has a well equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator, dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar (with an enjoyable view of the Intra-coastal from the window). Spacious walk-in shower in bathroom, dressing room with clothes DRYER in cupboard, towels, ample bedding, iron and ironing board and two hair dryers. Delightful master bedroom with partial sea view and king size bed. Spacious lounge colorful Tiffany lamp, queen size pull-out bed, ample seating area (3 couches) and dining area with exotic “Morrocan” ceiling lamp over table. Two ceiling fans and T.V.’s in lounge and bedroom, dehumidifier, safe in kitchen cupboard, and 6 beach chairs in utility room. Can accommodate up to 4 people! Paradise awaits you!
