Sip your morning coffee on the spacious, private balcony as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. After a day of lounging by the pool and playing in the surf, end each day by watching the sunset from the dock on the river just across the street. Be sure to bring your fishing rods and kayaks, the complex community dock is ideal for these family favorite activities. You will enjoy direct ocean access, less than 250 steps away, where you are sure to make lasting memories building sandcastles, playing in the tidal pools, splashing in the surf, and searching for treasures like shark teeth, sea glass, and seashells. The community tennis courts, outdoor dining tables with umbrellas, and grill will enhance your beach getaway.
Inside the condo, you will have everything you need to prepare your favorite foods in the fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating to enjoy them. We rent this condo every year in May. We have really enjoyed the new renovations and added touches of the new owner.
The condo was clean on arrival and very welcoming. We love the new look to the master bedroom and kitchen/living room and the renovation to the laundry area and master bath storage. All excellent!!
Things that could use improvement: We would love to have lamps in the living room area. I’m hoping y’all get some! It’s dark in the living room in the evening and the overhead light isn’t very cozy. The coffee pot and toaster need a good deep clean.
Otherwise everything was spotless and perfect.
We will definitely rent again and recommend to our friends!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo and would absolutely come back! The decor was beautiful and welcoming, with a relaxing coastal feel that made us feel at home right away. The furnishings were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained.
The view was fantastic — waking up and seeing the water each day was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We also really enjoyed the condo’s dock across the street. It was such a nice bonus to be able to fish and spend time by the water without having to go far.
Overall, this was a peaceful, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

We had a great week at this condo on crescent beach. A beautiful view of the ocean from the condo and out on the patio, and a beautiful view of the inland waterway from the front of condo. Beds are comfortable; bathrooms are updated; kitchen had everything we needed and more.

This unit was wonderful! All the appliances and extras you could hope for are available. Unit was very clean! If you are looking for a relaxing, not crowded beach, this is the spot!
