Situated on over 5 acres, this darling 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath farmhouse was once a barn! This spacious home has an open floor plan and boasts almost 2000 square feet. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you need while feeling like you are a million miles away from the city. Both bedrooms have their own private adjoining bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs/Wifi provided and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Take in beautiful sunsets with full mountain views from the west side of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living (and you just may hear the sounds of neighboring horses neighing and goats bleating!). Just minutes to E470 (toll road), restaurants, shopping and retail; 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and downtown Denver; less than an hour to Colorado Springs and just over an hour to the nearest ski resorts. Shannon's home was fantastic, a great home away from home. This is actually my hometown so I know the area well, and it's in a perfect location! The home was clean and a really great layout for our family. It's super close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Shannon was very responsive via text and the home instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing! This house has everything you can think of and more! We were in from out of state for a 3-day wedding celebration. The house was perfect for our family of 4. tons of space...pics do not do that justice...and lots of storage. The primary bedroom is huge & so is the walk-in closet. All the amenities we needed plus spectacular views of the mountains! A little cold for us to enjoy the porch, but we hope to next time we visit,
