We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the home was perfect for us. Sitting on the deck looking out at the water was a dream come true. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent location. Baddeck Bay is right out the front door.
We used it as a base for Celtic Colours in October, so we did not spend a lo of time on site.
In warmer weather, more of the amenities could be used, such as the deck, the hot tub and the dock. Anyone who enjoys the water would like it very much.

Property is well-appointed, well-maintained and clean. All amenities needed. Gorgeous view and peaceful setting. We wish we’d been able to stay longer.
Groceries need to be brought in because there are few stores in Baddeck and eating out is an issue (slow service and expensive).

This is a lovely home in an absolutely beautiful location! The owner was very helpful with tips, and is a local. Definitely get his advice on the bakery and on the Cabot Trail. The home was very comfortable and clean, with an absolutely beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting out on the
Adirondack chairs reading, watching the sunset, and walking down to the water to skip rocks. Beds were very comfortable and new. The home has a separate (but attached) VRBO for rent. It was rented out one of the days that we were there, and there was no problem with noise between the units. The backyard is partially shared with the units.
