Gated community with assigned parking space and plenty of visitor’s parking spaces. swimming pool steps from front door . Covered outdoor dining area by the pool. Centrally located to Tampa International Airport, Bay area bleaches and Tampa attractions . Please book minimum of 30 days in advance before checking . Required back ground check and application for short term stay application from HOA

Ask questions. Airport was not noisy. True
But : Very busy 8 lane city street noisy.
Prices this year were too high. Demand in Florida was high. I didn’t ask enough questions.
It was safe. Gated older community.
