Very clean property. It's in a nice and well kept neighborhood. Felt very safe. Had amenities such as umbrellas as it rains a lot in Tampa. Beach towels, beach supplies and a washer and dryer. We never used this but they had a grill in the backyard and a covered patio dining. I do want to add that there weren't any shampoo or conditioner at least for women but that wasn't a problem but in case someone wants to know if they should bring or buy some. 15-20min from the airport and 45min. to the Gulf.

I highly recommend this rental house. It was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything and then some that you will need. The hosts were very responsive to my requests and were a pleasure to rent from. Something that was extra nice that you don't often think about is the added convenience of the carport in Florida. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful place conveniently located near our destinations.The grill on the patio was perfect for making our burgers, but what really stood out was how exceptionally clean the house was—there wasn't even a speck of dust. A truly comfortable and well-maintained stay.
