This charming Nantucket house (max sleeping capacity at 9) is just 2 miles south of town and 1.5 miles to the popular Surfside Beach. Private heated Pool in backyard surrounded by a bluestone patio and garden with gas grill. With two master suites and two floors of living space make it the perfect home for accommodating multiple families. Access to Nantucket's multiple bike paths are just outside the community entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around porch or retreat to a large private landscaped yard complete with pool, patio, gas grill, and outdoor dining! Outdoor shower located on the back of the house. Parking for 2 cars. Additionally, the home offers a well equipped kitchen with brand new Thermador appliances and everything you need for your vacation! The house is well positioned in the neighborhood to enjoy the resort style pool and tennis amenities of Beach Plum.

A well-appointed home with lovely furnishings, lots of games (including cornhole, tennis, pickleball), bikes, beach gear and pool. Made our family's 1st trip to Nantucket so enjoyable. Its central location makes it easy to bike to nearby beaches, Cisco brewery, bakery and supermarket. The homeowner was easy to reach and provided great local recommendations.

Family trip. Great location and well stocked house. The pool and the backyard were lovely. We had bikes with us and being able to use the garage was so helpful because it did rain a little. Our host was very accommodating. We will definitely come back.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Louise was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the get go. The house was not only spotless but so cute and chic. It is in a great area that is close to everything and the little enclave is perfect for kids. One of the kids learned to ride a bike without training wheels here. My daughter swam in the deep end in the pool for the first time. Many memories were made in part to this house. Can't recommend it enough- just don't book on our week :)
