The location of this clean, safe, and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath Beach Wood Residence is nestled in the oak trees between the Atlantic Ocean and a golf course. It is a very popular location in the exclusive Amelia Island Plantation. Sitting on the private balcony, you will enjoy the quiet and tranquility of the natural preserve environment. We call it the “treehouse.” You can take the pathway to the beach or a trail to the Omni Resort, walk to the marketplace to enjoy the many available activities, or rent a golf cart or bikes and go exploring. Golfing, tennis, kayaking, fishing, nature trails, and the Hidden Forest are right at your fingertips on the island. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and set across the marsh.
This Beachwood Residence is full of great amenities that include a large living room with comfortable reclining club chairs and a dining area for six. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, a larger flatscreen smart TV in each of the three rooms ready to stream your favorite shows, and free high-speed WiFi. The private washer and dryer will ensure everyone looks their very best during your stay. Don't forget to visit the shared pool for a nice swim with friends. Take the short drive to the exciting downtown Fernandina Beach offering fine dining, entertainment, and a unique shopping experience. You will enjoy your time at the enchanted Amelia Island Plantation.

The apartment was as pictured and described. However, when we arrived there were tons of dead ants everywhere and a couple of live ones. I don't think anyone has been there for a while because the water stunk like rotten eggs at first, after running the water for a while it cleared up. It's a shame because it's a very nice place, love the area and clean otherwise. FYI - I did call the rental office, and they offered to send someone over to vacuum, but we vacuumed already.
